How much is shipping?

We offer order priced based shipping in the Unites States and Internationally to several countries. We ship exclusively with UPS.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 5 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following week. We anticipate shipping delays due to the global pandemic COVID 19. Please keep this in mind when placing orders. 

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package once it has been processed and shipped.

Please include your full name, order number and shipping address in the email.

Can I edit my mailing address after placing an order?
Sorry. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once an order is placed.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

  1. Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package.
  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you.
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost and we can file a lost package claim for you. Simply contact us.
  4. SpiRITUAL is not responsible and cannot refund stolen packages. Once your package is listed as "delivered" on the tracking we are unable to offer a refund.
  5. SpiRITUAL is not responsible for lost packages due to postal service error. Once your package is delivered to the mail carrier we are no longer responsible for your package. We can assist you in filing a claim, however we cannot refund or replace missing product as a result of a shipping company issue.
