Holistic Mouthwash Recipe

•16oz of filtered water (spring water if you have access to natural springs)
•1oz of Celtic salt
•Mason Jar with lid

Pour hot water and mix with salt in a mason jar. The water initially needs to be hot to make sure the salt mixes with the water creating a mixture.

Once cooled drop in 3 DROPS of peppermint or clove essential oil. You can leave this out for younger children or if you don’t want the taste.

Pour a shot glass of the mixture and swish well in the mouth then discard. Do this 3-4 times per week, not daily.
Discard the mixture after a week.
